Project Overview

A marketing agency built on a simple belief: real creative work should solve real problems, not fill award shelves or pad budgets with off-the-shelf solutions.

fors was born out of frustration with two extremes: agencies chasing awards instead of results, and cookie-cutter shops selling the same playbook to every client. Built as a fully remote studio with a team spread across Brazil and Canada, fors operates on one core idea: The agency shapes itself around each client, not the other way around.

Approach

The identity system was built around motion as a metaphor. Waves of gradient, warm and cool, clashing and blending, express an agency that never settles.

The brief was clear in its ambiguity: build something that feels like everything and nothing at once. A brand with no fixed form. The approach started not with moodboards or color palettes, but with a question: What does it look like when an agency disappears into its client's world? From that question came the wave. Fluid gradients and layered motion became the visual backbone of fors - always shifting, never static. Alongside the identity came fors/create: A vibe-coded app designed for content teams to generate on-brand social media content instantly, anywhere, without ever breaking the brand rules.

The logo pairing mechanic (fors/brand, fors/create, fors/[anything]) was developed to be the system itself: infinitely extensible, always coherent. fors/create took the same philosophy into product. Built with vibe coding, the app lets social media teams generate content on the fly. Fast, intuitive, and structurally impossible to go off-brand. Every output is already inside the grid.

Process

From branding to app: how a single concept became a full creative system.

The process started with the brand concep: Never still, fully adaptable. From there, the visual language had to match: even if static, always in motion. Gradient waves were tested, layered, and refined until they stopped looking like a style and started feeling like a stance.The logo mechanic came next: fors/brand, fors/create, fors/[client]. A naming system that doubles as an identity engine. Every touchpoint, every application, every future service would carry that same structural logic. The brand grows without ever breaking.

A brand that blends into its clients, and becomes impossible to ignore.
