My experience leading multidisciplinary, international creative teams with over 15 members, taught me that the best work doesn't come from pressure. It comes from trust.

I believe in overcommunication, in investing in people's growth, and in building the kind of environment where a junior feels comfortable enough to challenge a senior and a senior is humble enough to listen. When that two-way road opens up, the whole team moves faster and the work gets better.

That's the only leadership I know how to do.
